Half of our week will be spent exploring the incredible Isle of Skye, where we will visit, amongst other things, the geological wonders of The Quirang and The Old Man of Storr, Neist Point Lighthouse and the Fairy Pools and Fairy Glen. The other half of our week will be spent on the mainland discovering the wonders of Torridon. This will include a visit to the Applecross Peninsula, climbing the 2000ft winding road of the Bealach na Ba to get there. We will also check out some of the finest mountain scenery, tranquil lochs, beautiful glens and solitary landscapes and villages the area has to offer. We will even have the opportunity to visit the gorgeous village of Plockton and get some night-time images of Eilean Donan Castle.

All of the locations we visit in this workshop are within half a mile or so from the vehicles, and many are much closer. However, the terrain can be moderately challenging on occasion. Some paths can be uneven, wet and slippery at times. Please get in touch if you feel you would like to discuss this further.

Price includes isngle-occupancy ensuite room, all meals, transport whilst on the tour, tuition/guidance. Transport to/from Balmacara can also be arranged.
